Listened many times and did not hear even a whiff of it.
Seems pretty clear to me
BUT
I have noticed in the last year or so, NUMEROUS speakers speaking too fast, the word(s) isn't even slang or abbreviated English.
Even FOX commentators continually say "guvmint" and "ammediatly" ... talking so fast trying to stay in some artificial time slot.
And that doesn't even BEGIN to address the endless sentences that begin with "so"
(Poetic license claimed for that last sentence beginning with "and")
I played it for four other people and they didn't hear it.
Total waste of time.

If you listen to it repeatedly, or focus on one phrase or the other, you will hear BOTH.
I think it is more related to what’s in the LISTENER’S mind, as opposed to the actual words.
