Today is the last Friday of the year, and also the last day that Twitter is featuring #SWRepMatters, a Twitter campaign designed to talk about representation in all forms in the Star Wars universe. This runs the gamut from racial and ethnic representation to sexuality to disabled rep, with each month focusing on a new identity. As the year comes to a close, the founders of the event have used today to talk about the ways in which Star Wars did right by rep this year, and where they still need to grow.
We’re a year out from Episode IX now, and none of the films have included a character who identifies as being part of the LGBT+ community. Fans have speculated about the character of Poe Dameron, played by Oscar Isaac, since he bit his lip and offered Finn (John Boyega) his jacket.
Screenwriter Jon Kasdan and star Donald Glover implied that Lando Calrissian might be pansexual, but the onscreen rep for that seems to be his romantic interest in his female-identified droid rather than any actual flirtation or romance with a male character. Rian Johnson said there was no room for sexuality in his film The Last Jedi, all while talking about how Rey and Kylo’s fingers touching is a sex scene.
Now, we’re four films into the new Star Wars, some might say. Give them time. But the problem is is that we shouldn’t have to wait in 2018, almost 2019, for a major franchise that’s been around for over 40 years to recognize that LGBT+ characters might exist. A line about Poe’s boyfriend wouldn’t have dragged down The Last Jedi any more than an unnecessary shirtless Kylo Ren scene did.

Lucasfilm does other movies for other studios besides SW for Disney.
What I am saying is Disney will make the decisions on SW not Kathleen Kennedy.
I apologize. SW geek that I am I didn’t realize that Disney bought Lucasfilm. I thought Disney just bought SW. I have been schooled today.

Women have been put in competition with men starting in early education. They are being taught that men are inferior in intelligence and weak due to sexual considerations in their efforts to expand their surroundings.
What used to be the action of men calling a woman a dyke, has become acceptable because they can call a man a fag. See the equality here? That’s all it is whether it’s a step forward or backwards. And men are, after a few hundred years of pattern and teaching, finding it hard to accept the more aggressive woman as too many women want their equality, but still want the door opened up for them. Therefore both men and women are confused as to who is who and how.
Seems a terrible shame to muddle into something that has worked for a couple of million years with such a dramatic change that is no longer controllable and is changing all the time. Our past might need a little tweaking, but it has gone to fast, to far for us to understand.

There are many shallow and medium and even deep correct arguments about the evils progressive ideology visits upon mankind, and those visitations cause suffering for billions of individuals, over infinite moments, but the greatest evil and the one that characterizes all the other leafs of the trunk is the illusion that the soul is other than God.
It's not necessary that there be an intervening judgment between the mistake and the punishment, it's as simple as any universal law. If you step into a pool of lava, the stepping in is itself the burning. Laws of men have an intervening mediary. With God's law and laws of the universe ... the action is the consequence. It's not just equal to the consequence, it is the consequence ... identity vs equivalency.

It’s supposed to be a war movie. The only reason hetero’s are even in the plot is because of reproduction, which gays are excluded from. And Jedi’s are (supposed to be) celibate. To the extent it’s not a war movie, it fails. And one could argue, it has failed.
