Actress and activist Alyssa Milano took to Twitter on Sunday to assist with a crowd-funding effort on behalf of an illegal immigrant — just ten days after she scolded Americans in favor of crowd-funding a border wall for “not taking care of our veterans.”
Milano devoted two tweets to Eduardo Samaniego, who is currently being held in an ICE detention center, one of which contained a link to a GoFundMe page raising money for Samaniego’s legal defense.

Eduardo is in Irwin Detention Facility which has numerous human rights abuse cases against it. The Southern Poverty Law Center tried to do a wellness check on him & the facility refused to grant access. This case is being fast-tracked due to his immigrant rights activism.

I would think it’s safe to assume that Alyssa lives in a rather sizeable home (probably with a big, beautiful wall or fence around it). Can’t she offer a room for this guy?

He was a “prominent local activist” but he was here illegally.
He didn’t pay a $27 cab fee because it was higher than he expected.

I don’t think the whole concept of “legal/illegal” is even a part of their universe. Legal/illegal is based on thinking and logic and I’m convinced that people like her base everything on feelings.
I find it a great comfort that people like this don’t get any of my money since I might go to one movie a year, and I skipped that altogether in 2018.
