Wow...they found the ancestors of the RAT libs!!!!
That stone image has the same “bugged out” eyes that many of the RATS and school shooter uppers have, but MK ULTRA didn’t exist back then, and it also kinda looks like the UniParty’s new House Speaker: “The Botoxian” without a gavel.

They were kind of falling apart before the Europeans came.

This is coming out now to prepare you for the revelation that the Illuminati still does this with children’s faces and makes red shoes out of the rest of their skin.

I think it all just got rebranded.

You might be right. But in their day, the Spanish pretty much razed every temple they found to the ground, and wiped out every trace of Aztec culture they could get their hands on—only a handful of Aztec “books” survive. That’s not to say that the memory of these things didn’t survive and become part of Mexican culture.

Modern Mexico has elevated the Aztecs to be the heroes and made the Spanish as the villains in their official history. Mexican archeologists for political reasons refuse to consider that cannibalism was practiced on a wide scale by the Aztecs.

A fantastic read by anyone who is interested in the Spanish Conquest of Mexico. Besides being a first-hand account, it was written by an old soldier, not a university scholar, so it is an easy read.

Dias, who wrote the book when he was old, remembers the names of most of the horses, but couldn’t remember the expedition’s priest’s name.

I read that book back in 1962! Also read Prescott’s book. Must reads for everyone.

I obtained a copy a few years back, re-read it, then donated it to my local library. They tossed it in the the box to send to the junk store.

Historically, throughout the region, priests paid tribute to the deity by wearing the skin of human sacrifices

One can't help but think that the penchant among Mexican drug gangs for hideously mutilating their victims isn't a cultural trait they've inherited from their Aztec and pre-Aztec ancestors.

That's pretty much the case for all Christian holidays. They didn't happen on the day they are celebrated, the early Catholic church tried to stamp out previously existing holidays in various cultures by rebranding the holiday as a Christian celebration. The peoples didn't give up their traditions and merged the old with the new.

That's why every Christmas and Easter, and a few Holloweens in years past, we have people posting threads about eggs and trees things being satanic or at least pagan.

"Mexican Catholicism" is an especially deranged cult that shouldn't even be considered Christian. "Dia de los Muertos" is the holiday of the Aztec god of death overstamped by All Souls and All Saints days.

I get a kick out of the hippies that talk about how Indians were all peace and love environmentalists that cried whenever they so much as stepped on a bug. They always leave out these Mexican Indians who built massive temple displays of human skulls and ripped the hearts out of living people at the rate of thousands in a day. Talk about an inconvenient truth.

"Historically, throughout the region, priests paid tribute to the deity by wearing the skin of human sacrifices."

Does this mean Buffalo Bill was persecuted for his religious beliefs?
