Oh I actually do. Thing is the hero didn’t remove the perp from the gene pool - the hero karate instructor showed restraint/discipline after taking the perp down. Therefor the original stupid fool can still breed and hence is not a candidate for a Darwin Award (requires stupidity resulting in death before breeding).
