BS. I'm tired of PTSD being used as the cause of criminal behavior, drug abuse, etc.
In just the last 60 years or so, millions upon millions of men came home after experiencing combat and never destroyed their lives and the lives of others.
Veterans are not victims and PTSD is nothing more than a convenient excuse for bad decisions and bad behavior.

The one in our family used “combat stress” in WW II as an excuse for his alcoholism. One day he actually admitted he was an alcoholic at the age of 16, which was a year and six months before Prohibition ended.
