I think he was a joke long before the Kenyan Fraud was elected.
The term “Public Servant” is never used anymore, just as the term “the Loyal Opposition” is only used when the Democrats are out of power.
Remember, reaching across the aisle has always been a one way Street, and we all know which direction it goes.
Liberals love to say “Vote in your Self Interest” which of course is the exact reason that Direct Democracy is so dangerous.
When I Vote, I Vote for the Nation’s Interest, as I think most Conservatives do.

I spent 25 years in the DoD and while I will not go as far as stating ‘almost all’, the reality is a plurality hates conservative thought and more than a plurality are in positions of leadership and thus have a far greater affect on the culture of the organization.

I know I am right. I worked for several Federal agencies (I really have) and that was my observation. Never worked for DoD.
Well, I was one of those guys who went after the deep state and I found out what kind of response the deep state can muster.
Regardless and knowing you must take a leap of faith that what I wrote is true, I will repeat what yldstrk asked of you and others in the government space. Evil can only triumph when good men do nothing.
I suggest reading the parable of the Ant and the Grasshopper since one should be prepared for the worst when fighting the evil that is leftism. I was very prepared for the potential outcomes which is why I had confidence in engaging in the fight.
The kind of things happening to President Trump and others, like Justice Kavanaugh, are the things that happened to me. The deep state and leftists use the same techniques at all levels to squelch dissent and maintain control.

I figured that out decades ago: It is inherently inescapable.
The leftist temperament is collectivist, and centralist. They are drawn to urban centers and government employment.
Conservatives desire independence and freedom - the opposite of what motivates an apparatchik.
It is thus intrinsic to the paradigm of bureaucratic hierarchy, and why collectivist public unions metastasize the problem.
