I have a handicap parking sticker but I replace my carts when finished using them. I watched a handicapped person return his cart the other evening while his wife left hers where she unloaded. Americans are lazy,spolied and undeserving today sorry to say.

In Alaska the police can arrest someone for DUI if they’re drunk while riding a cowmobile around the parking lot. Walmart can also trespass a person for life and have the police enter the trespass order into their database. Get caught violating the trespass order and you go to jail with a Criminal Trespass 2 charge.
