“I learned a lot more about being a man from … literature...”

I learned about being a man from my father, and from reading Zane Grey and Edgar Rice Burroughs. Tarzan, or John Carter, or any of Grey’s Western heroes would not be bad models of behavior for a young man today, either. But I fear the feminist world does not want heroes.

Same here. But then, many people in our society today would simply dismiss us as dinosaurs.
