The Truth: Only if you don’t value your time
I dual boot Kali Linux and Windows 10. Kali was more of a challenge to get running properly.
I always laugh when people reuse that old canard about Linux being free if you don’t value your time. The cumulative cost of the maintenance headaches of MS-windows far outstrips the time most folks would spend tinkering with a modern Linux distribution like Mint or Fedora. Dealing with JUST antivirus software and antimalware stuff alone puts that old canard to rest.
