I think the notion that Trump has canceled Nancy’s get away in retribution wrong, it is 99% to pursue that wall, keep her here Totally agree, but at the same time, it had to be a delicious moment for him.

I would not try to force your way into the House. No need. The standing rules of both the House and the Senate grant floor privileges to the President and Vice-president. This does not, however, give them permission to address the body.

Nah. Not buying that argument. Most likely he just walks in and delivers the address. No one is going to stop a President from entering the halls of Congress.
But if they did ... whoah nelly just think of the optics of that mess. I suspect he will follow tradition and deliver the SOTU at Congress.
