China Grew Cotton Plants on the Moon.

What about all the Chinese viruses and bacteria that traveled on the Cotton Plants? Are they all dead as well?

Very good question.

The viruses would require a host, so I'd think almost certainly not.

Bacteria, OTH, are funny critters. In possible hibernation, I wouldn't put anything past them.

Then again, the viruses might latch on to the bacteria.
