As their health is endangered by coming to the USA it would only be proper to put then on a bus home.
I forgot to add this. I was treated for tuberculosis for one year of therapy. I worked in several third world nations. I sure as hell did not catch it the USA.
Probably caught it in Oman or Nigeria. I think it was Oman but not really sure. From time of original infection to gross symptoms can take months.

I guess they should just stay in their own country for the sake of their health.

Maybe they become more “at risk” for these “western” diseases because they no longer die at age 32?
