I’ve never seen an explanation of brain and nervous system operation that would satisfy an electrical engineer.
If it’s an analog rather than a digital system then wow! I’d say analog has enormous potential for putting intelligence into machines.

But for a mystic, it’s simple.
By raising your frequency of consciousness as measured by an EEG into the Gamma frequency your perception of reality changes and consciousness becomes physical. You could call me a mystical neuroscientist as due to a brain injury that shut down my GABA inhibitory Basket and Chandelier Neurons, the Pyramidal Neurons firing rate in level 3 of the cortex went way higher than the normal for the human mind.(This changed my perception of reality)
Normal range is 1 to 30 or the Delta, Theta, Alpha and Beta frequencies. Then for a few people it goes into the Gamma frequency that goes up to 200 Hz. This was only discovered since digital equipment as the old analog equipment couldn’t measure the higher ranges.
At 30 Hz I begin to lucid dream and do not sleep at all. By 40 Hz, I am the scriptwriter, director and actor in my lucid dream with full control over how it unfolds. In the lower frequencies one must be careful as the range provides a difficult grasp of reality and can lead to delusional thinking.
This is how I read the stored memories of experiences in people’s souls all the way back to conception without a person saying anything. They are physical objects at the higher frequencies of consciousness.
I know, it sounds nuts but I am presenting and demonstrating it at the medical school next month.

This is very similar to the spark firing rate increasing in your spark plug wires as you increase the RPM’s of the engine.
