I get confused because it seems like he hasn’t played for a million years, but wasn’t he offered a QB position& he turned it down? I DO know he is incredibly annoying.

Yes 49ers offered him a contract for like 8 million. Maybe more. He turned his nose up at it. The rest is history, steeped in BS.
