I’m surprised they don’t mention age. Fertility declines in both men and women with age.
A woman could be perfectly healthy and fertile, but, if her husband is significantly older, they may have trouble getting pregnant.
Also, if she has put off even thinking about starting a family because of career or other reasons in her fertile 20s, she may find difficulties in her 30s, when she would have easily gotten pregnant a decade earlier.
I know biological facts are stubborn and some people don’t want to talk about it. But people really should think about how long they are going to put off trying to have children.
How about the causes of infertility for men?
Here is a major one they left out ... being a liberal which can lead to unshaven legs and armpits as well as a general decline in hygiene an appearance.
