Personally? I like the cheap store brand stuff. Fries up nice and crisp. However, as I get (ahem) older, I'm finding that it doesn't like me so much.....

Me too, I eat turkey bacon because can’t eat the pig (religious reasons), and I buy natural turkey bacon without the nitrates or the msg. I even sometimes add coconut oil to the pan to get it more sizzling, since the makers of turkey bacon think people do not want fat! WRONG! We want the flavor and that is in that fat! But it’s still good.
