Every person who signed that document needs to be prosecuted and jailed to the max for accountability. You cannot be allowed to claim you didn’t know what was in the document when you were required to know and understand what was in it.

What is not stated (that I have seen) are the signature requirements. That is above the signature conditions like: “I hereby certify the contents herein are valid and true.”

There were several times in my military career I had to certify items as being within regulations, personally verified, subject to UCMJ, etc. You can bet my ass I verified them. Failure to verify for lack of time means I would not verify.

So if their signatures were required under the color of law, then they need to held accountable to that law.
