I’ve had the shingles vaccine: I don’t have time for anything that doesn’t kill me quickly. I understand they’re recommending a booster on the shingles vaccine, now. My GP will prescribe it - he’s a good egg - and I’ll pay cash again if necessary.
I’ve been trying to get the shingles vaccine for almost a year now. I had chicken-pox as a child but as being over 50, I’m at risk for shingles now. Unfortunately, the vaccine has been difficult for me to find.
