The whole dept. should be broad brushed into patrolling on foot.
It should hurt, they won’t learn if it doesn’t.
It should hurt a WHOLE LOT.
This cop was a 30 year veteran.
This is not his first BS raid, nor likely his first murder.
And everyone who has worked with him knows it. All of them.
And for 30 years they have all been covering his ass.
