The wife and I watch a lot of TCM. We often comment that this or that particular script could not be produced today. Somehow TCM has stayed below the SJW radar, but it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if the channel’s new owner, AT&T, pulled the plug on it one day.....

Watch the “3 Godfathers”. Today’s snowflake’s heads would explode.

I watch a lot of TCM. Every so often they will put on a movie in which they have a disclaimer about it. Two that come to mind are NORTHWEST PASSAGE with Spencer Tracy and UNCONQUERED with Gary Cooper, due to the representation of American Indians.

Anyone who has studied the American Indian warfare from that time will find nothing wrong with these movies.

I still remember a Tulsa OK, TV station broadcasting THE WAR WAGON back in 1976, and blocking out some of the language used by Howard Keel who played an Indian in the movie.

Later, OETA had on a program, IMAGES OF INDIANS in which showed some of the Hollywood falsehoods, but also stated some other falsehoods as fact, still believed by many today.
