2) She’s worth more like $100 to 120 million. Or more accurately, most of it is listed in her husband’s name. I don’t think Pelosi herself is worth 20¢ According to OpenSecrets her net worth in 2015 was approx $100 million.
According to Center for Responsive Politics, Pelosi is the 7th richest person in Congress. (Darrell Issa is 1st, $330 mil.) Of the top ten, 7 are Democrats. So much for bitching about the rich...

From what I know, most millionaires made money in real-estate. Maybe she got lucky in buying and selling properties.
