Does “Empire” have a victim of a hate crime clause? How would this have increased his salary?
I think he was hoping they would either change their mind or he could get another gig for more money because of the “hate crime” and popularity he gained from the “attacks”

Somebody told him he should get “hazard pay” for working in Chicago. I would demand it.
Apparently he was staging a demonstration on why he should be afforded hazard pay.
