The noose and lynchings were tools of the organized Dem/KKK terror campaign to keep blacks down, keep blacks from voting and to keep Dems in charge of the South.
That is exactly what our universities are teaching a generation of our kids. That you can't make it in America unless you're white and therefore your calling is to destroy the white race by whatever means possible.

They come up with one phrase at 5:00am and everyone throughout the day uses that same phrase.
The next day they do it again.

Yup. That's how it works. Bail bond is basically a tax on everyone without large amounts of ready cash. In his case, he'd pay a bondsman $10k cash, and the bondsman will put up $100,000 to the court. If he doesn't show up in court, the bondsman will lose the $100k. If he does, the bondsman gets the $100k back, and also gets to keep the $10k. The bond fee is a part of the process to make sure even the innocent are punished by the legal system once you get caught up in it.
So a noose is worse than the killing of 60 million babies to this clearly leftist judge.

That’s right, you have to pay the bondsman 10% and then they will post the bond and spring you out. The 10% is the fee and is not refundable. If they don’t like that then they can just sit in jail and wait for trial.
In this case a 100k bond will cost you a 10k nonrefundable fee. If the judge set the bail at 1 million then he would have to pay 100k fee. Bail bonds is a very lucrative business.
