At some point normal women/families will make an abrupt political turnabout and feminazism will end up on the ashheap.
Title IX is the culprit. A school has 32 Division 1 scholarships they have to have 32 womens scholarship. But, no one wants to see any women compete in anything other than beach volleyball. So the women don’t have to do squat to get a full ride. Track is the only serious competitive sport for women. Wait until the high school guys figure out that they can get a full ride scholarship for 99% of the stuff the women are now getting.
