When they’ve done battlefield medic duty, yes. First responders at the site of a terrorist attack, yes. Otherwise, not so much.

I have been through the Valley of the Shadow of Death.
Have scars to prove it.

Depends on the individual and the exposure.
For safety, exposure is divided into chronic and acute.
Clearly, this is chronic exposure and will damage most, possibly all.
