A key lesson is don’t marry a Muslim. Don’t marry someone from a Muslim country. Don’t go live with him in that Muslim country. Because sooner or later, your westernized values and assumptions about life will clash with his and with Islamic law.

However, I’m thinking only of her ability to get out of Saudi Arabia.
If she’s able to get out with her daughter, I hope she’s learned a very valuable lesson and passes on that lesson to other women.
