Mine was double wedge shaped in general but I grinder to fillet all the edges and corners, particularly the leading edge so it was more like a bubble car. Painted it like a tiger but the yellows were significantly dulled by the graphite coating we put on it before the race. That was my father’s idea. You can make them look as good as you want, what matters is all the weights go in the nose, and powdered graphite in the Axles.
