I've now read through this whole thread and have thoroughly enjoyed all of the airy persiflage ( a word I've known and used since I was 3...thanks to dear Wm. S. Gilbert and no Thesaurus needed at all..."persiflage" is in a trio in THE MIKADO, for those who are unfamiliar with this word. ) and the gifs.
