I agree. Because I find both of them amazingly unclean of rational thought does not mean I don't think they are not dangerous.

I believe they ARE dangerous, because even a blunt instrument that isn't any good for any task can be used to cause untold misery and murder.

What I find most disturbing about these two (in particular) and the Left in general, is that they make even the radicals on their side seem mature and measured in comparison. That's how far in the Leftist weeds their ideology is: Feinstein and Pelosi look damn near normal...and they aren't. Far from it.

It is as if the entire cast of politicians on the Left are trying to go out of their way to out-radical the person who speaks right before them...and they say even more outlandish and radical things, upping the ante for the next Leftist who speaks after them.

That is how we get that just astounding mind-bending, and absolutely and blisteringly radical idea like the "Green New Deal". Good gosh, how could anybody be the next one to speak after them, to have to top that one. They can't...it is as if the curve of stupidity has reached that exponential curve until it is just going straight up. I am going to place a graph here that explains it perfectly...be right back...

I like it. When she made the bogus claim about distortion she was clearly lying...now she’s retracted it, which means two things:
1) She’s back to being honest regarding what she thinks (I wish more Democrats would be like that).
2) By retracting, she again is calling Obama a turd.

I think your chart is insightful. What I think is happening now is one of the basics of past leftism is being rejected by today’s SJWs. That is … gradualism. In the past, lefties did not dare tell you what they really wanted, instead they passed laws or resolutions that moved the ball just a little.

These current lefties just lay it all out on the table. Complete socialism for $93 trillion? No problem. Or, for example, we had abortion that was “safe but rare”. Now we have abortion up to birth and even after.

I think this is what upsets old schoolers like Pelosi, Feinstein. Without gradualism, left wing plans are out in the open for all Americans to see. I expect confiscation of guns without any gradual steps will be next.

I have been saying that for a long time: There is no mandate from the electorate for Leftist policies. There is no popular support.

So they have to lie about what they stand for.
