Its sometimes hard to judge for sure how drunk or stoned the person is in this type of situation even when you are in it. This video is too short to know exactly what was going on.
Did you see any response? I mean the video was not an epic movie but it lasted 30 seconds or more. I never saw him respond in any way shape or form to be quite honest. Even when the transit cop kinda sorta slammed him to the ground.
