With a few month to decompose, they can plant a nice flower garden or something equally pleasant on top.
Developed countries have no obligation to transform themselves into $#*+hole countries to accommodate the hordes who wish to relocate there.

Yep - made the mistake of giving a homeless guy a ride to a rehab center in a new 2010 Camry....even after a lot of cleaning/deodorizing, I would still get an occasional whiff a year later.
