Okay, how about we use turpitude/moral turpitude to oppose it.
Turpitude means a corrupt or depraved or degenerate act or practice.
Moral turpitude refers generally to conduct that shocks the public conscience.

Can we do that? That's not discrimination.
Or has that whole concept been pushed out of the minds of Americans?

Certainly out of the minds of liberal Americans, if it was even there to begin with. Moral relativism and all.
