I understand the letter would be a Federal charge but from what I’ve read,
Foxx wanted them to turn the case (lynching and beating) over to the Feds.
They told her “no”.

This is troubling....it means the FBI is still answering to the Obamas and will do their bidding.

Wouldn't the FBI have said YES and taken the case up if the FBI was still doing their bidding?
