Yep. If I were his lawyer I’d tell him not to accept any plea deal and insist on a jury trial. You know at least one person on that jury (like me for example) would refuse to convict no matter what. I’d bet most if not all of the jury would refuse to convict. I’d refuse to convict if he put the 17 year old in a coma.
