Shortened title.

Full title: Top Chicago Cop Slams Prosecutors For Dropping Charges Against Smollett ‘They Brokered a Deal in Secret to Circumvent Judicial System’

Crooked Chicago prosecutors dropped the charges against hate hoaxer Jussie Smollett on Tuesday.

Chicago police are furious over state’s attorney Kim Foxx’s decision to drop all charges against Jussie Smollett.

Smollett reached a deferred prosecution deal and the judge sealed his case!

Even worse, Jussie Smollett and his lawyer are sticking to the BIG LIE that Smollett was attacked by racist white Trump supporters.

Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie T. Johnson and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel held a presser Tuesday afternoon to address the shocking news that prosecutors dropped charges against Smollett without discussing it with the police department.

Can this be reversed and reopened? Maybe prosecute the DA?

Are the Chicago police going to announce that they’re now on the look out for a couple bleach throwing MAGA hat hooligans? No - that the prosecutors allowed him to walk without any admission of guilt is incomprehensible.

Smollet will be room temperature in three months, with a bike rack memorial. He can’t be managed. He will run his mouth.

I find it hard to believe that the mayor and the police didn’t know what was going down. My suspicion is that they did know, and that they had to come up with excuses and pretend to have been in the dark about the ‘dropping of charges’.

Whole thing erased. In sixty days....no one will remember the episode. Empire might even keep the guy on and increase his salary.

The Dept. of Justice should bring federal charges for writing fake letters and mailing them to himself. Using the mail to commit fraud is a federal crime.

Johnson needs to announce that for a 24-hour period he’ll have 100% of his officers in meetings and doing desk work and they’ll be unavailable to be out on the beat keeping the streets safe. He can call it “Kim Foxx Day at the Chicago PD.”

Let the city descend into chaos. No arrests, no responses to 9-1-1 calls. Free reign for the Jussie’s of the city to commit whatever felonies they feel like committing, since the charges would be dropped anyway.

Imagine hundreds of thousands of The Deplorables, who have the time, digging the truth out and exposing the enemies within 24/7?

Pronounce Juicy Fruit guilty, let him sue for libel, and let the court open the records for discovery.

I hink you are exactly right. That is why I am not going to get too worked up about this and keep focused on justice in DC. Not that I ever really expect to see it. But if justice in DC depends only on barr taking action, then the game is over already.

Probably not, if PGR88 is correct here. Which I think likely.

How about an FBI predawn raid on the prosecutors and, maybe, the judge?
