All these groups are Caucasians...as are Spaniards, who are not “Hispanics.” New World people of Spanish descent, known as Hispanics, have a large admixture of Indian and African bloodlines, so I guess that’s why the government gave them a special ethnic category. That is, they can be mixed. And probably also for political purposes.
The “racial” determination is a bit outdated anyway. For the purposes of keeping it simple, they might just put in areas of family origin, such as Europe, Eurasia, Asia, Africa, Polynesia, and Latin America (the latter being the only place, thanks to the Spanish policy of marrying anybody and everybody, that has a large mixed-race population). If they want, they could include a country of origin designation.
Everything the left pushes on us makes no @#%@ sense. Look at what has happened with LGBT.... It is constantly growing and now is LGBTQIA, where "Q" stands for "queer", the "I" stands for "intersex" and the "A" for "asexual" and/or "allied. Just say LGBTQWERTY and be done with it.
Don't get me started with the SJW gender pronouns. As far as I am concerned there are only 3: male, female, and pervert.
