What’s wrong with their vetting process?
There is no vetting process when your skin is the right color AND your a woman!!!
You have to have so many, females, Blacks, Hispanics...etc. After a point, qualifications are ignored?
I was an engineering manager and hired a lot of engineers in may career....I was told that I had to hire some Black male engineers for diversitys sake. Our hiring requirements were that your college GPA had to be 3.6 or higher.
Guess how many Black male engineers I hired?
I did intern a number but none ever attained the 3.6 GPA requirement and the company would not wave that requirement. I kept very good records of my attempts to hire these people.
