How do you sue the wrong company?

Not uncommon to accidentally sue the wrong manufacturer. Also very common in the context of medical malpractice where the doctors and hospitals may have a large array of different corporations under which they act. Unless you’re lawyer is an idiot the correct party is identified in the discovery process and brought into the case
