Felicity Huffman has agreed to plead guilty for her role in the college bribery scam.
The actress is among 13 parents who on Monday agreed to admit to the charges.
She was charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud for paying someone to alter her daughter's SAT results to make sure they were high enough for her to gain admission to USC.
Other parents, namely Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimmo Giannulli, are yet to make deals or enter pleas.
The next step in Huffman's case is a sentencing hearing which is yet to be set. The maximum sentence for her charges is 20 years in prison, three years supervised release and a fine of $250,000.

They’ll all get the 3 years supervised release and fine.
None of them will do any time. They are special.
Bingo. She wouldn’t be copping a plea if there were any chance of prison time.
If she didnt have any priors I dont think the crime merits jail time.
Even though I disagree with Felicitys politics(She is a huge Hillary Clinton supporter) at least when she arrived at the courthouse she seemed to have actual fear about what was happening..meanwhile Lori Loughlin acted like she was attending an Oscar ceremony and could give a rats ass about what was happening..if I had to take a pick of who I wanted to see behind bars it would be Lori
In relation to how other left of center Hollywood folks have been treated.
Just keep in mind she is of the clan that preaches to us unwashed conservatives what is right and wrong.
If she didnt have any priors I dont think the crime merits jail time.

Unless she is a Republican in which case she would be sent to the gas chamber.
Send her to ClubMarthaStewart.
And that Smollet guy skates.
Yep.1-3 years probation.
Hefty fine is appropriate where someone makes a lot of money.
Other than that ..she should be treated like anyone else.
Smell it was not treated equal under the law.
Hillary was not treated equal under the law.
President Trump is being treated like he is guilty ..even though he didn’t do a dann thing.
She should move to Chicago and claim a long lost Relative was a Gay Slave.
Add that to her being a dedicated Democrat and Obama supporter and she should get off easily.
put em in cells with some bubbarina.
“Another Limousine Liberal who believes rules are for the little guys. Enjoy your stay at Fed Pen Country Club.”
Apparently, some of the elitists wrote big checks to the phony charities via the scammer.
Then, they deducted those “donations to charity” from their gross taxable income.
If so, they might be in trouble with IRS laws and state laws.
You can bet she WILL support the next Democrat thief who runs for elected office.
This just means that Lori L’s handlers will work on her and her daughters’ image a bit more before she reads the same script.
“She should move to Chicago and claim a long lost Relative was a Gay Slave.”
Great, besides our DNA showing African DNA, now we will have to proof that our GGF15 was Gay.
I was looking forward to teaching via the computer for one hour a week at some high priced university for a good sum of money to go with our 60 plus Indian ancestors.
"The maximum sentence for her charges is 20 years in prison, three years supervised release and a fine of $250,000."
This charge is NOTHING compared to attempting to stage a coup d'état in the United States and to nullify the results of a Presidential Election, obstruction of justice, et al.!
“And that Smollet guy skates.”
More than that, he’s going to MAKE $$ on it, with renewed contract and Big Media support.
I also figure RahmmyCo will pay Smullett and blame FOXX.
I wouldn’t hold one iota of confidence that anyone plea bargaining out will see the inside of a jail cell. My guess a bunch of 3 years of supervised release and jail time....
After all rich folks don’t face the same world or justice that average or poor folks do....
Those that refuse to take a plea, those are the ones that will probably wind up having the book thrown at them.
