That's exactly the plan. On a summer day, expect sweat pouring off of worker's foreheads and bodies instead of turning up the AC, and in winter, expect employees to bring blankets with them instead of turning up the heat. All for this phony "global warming" scam.
I recommend they put a pilot program of this into Gracie Mansion and City Hall...
But I bet they will be exempted.
