Didn’t liberals hate him and the people who benefited after his death?

Billy Martin was amusing on those beer commercials. Those 70s and 80s beer ads of less filling, taste great were great. They failed with me. I could never stand beer or alcohol. Coffee is another thing I can’t stand.

Except for coffee you and I are in agreement.

I just transferred to a new position at work. My new boss is a sports junkie as are my department mates. One even works part time for a NFL team.

I have no time in my life for stick and ball sports and have gotten into some nice “nascar is too a sport” arguments with my boss.

I liked the ad for Lucky Lager from 1964:

The flavor still gets through to you.
Lucky is the beer beer drinkers drink
Or those for Rainier Ale from the same year:
Every little old pound of you will hail...Rainier Ale!
These days, advertisers are prohibited from referring to the effects of alcohol in beverages.
