Sources inside DC Metro PD tell me it was two Pakistani brothers formerly in the employ of congressional Democrats - the two who were at a DNC-sponsored party with Rich the evening he was murdered. Rich left the party early and the two “suspects” followed shortly thereafter. And yes, I AM referring to the Awan brothers, who couldn’t possibly be associated with the ISI... ?S
