Build a wall around Chicago, period!
I hate stupid laws, and laws with stupid stipulations. Ok, we’re gonna legalize pot. But only THIS much, and only HALF that much if you’re from out of state. Let’s do this with beer; a twelve-pack is ok to have in your fridge, but not three six-packs!
