If I correctly understand this point, you’re interested in deaths caused by police, broken out by race. That data is available if you search. Heather MacDonald from the Manhattan Institute has done a lot of work on this subject.

That chart doesn’t really tell the story. It includes deaths by heart attack, accidents, etc. The data I gathered below is from the FBI annual stats for 2015 to 2017, and from the National Police Support Fund for 2018:

Officers Feloniously Killed (https://ucr.fbi.gov/leoka)

2015- 41
2016- 66
2017- 46

2018- 88 (59% of the 148 total officer on-duty deaths in 2018) (https://nationalpolicesupportfund.com/2018-police-officer-line-of-duty-death-statistics/)
