Former U.S. Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning, who was being detained for refusing to testify before a grand jury, was released on Thursday and immediately summoned to appear before a new grand jury next week, her lawyers said. Manning was released after the term expired for the previous grand jury in Virginia that was seeking her testimony in connection with what is believed to be the government’s long-running investigation into WikiLeaks and its founder Julian Assange. She was simultaneously subpoenaed to appear before a different grand jury on May 16, meaning she could be found in contempt again for refusing to testify and returned to jail, her lawyers said in a statement.

The fact that this train-wreck was ever pardoned in the first place was a scandal.

Why do these headlines and articles keep referring to him as “she”? The gender dysphoria is a symptom of the guy’s mental illness. It was his mental instability that caused him to commit treason in the first place, which is why HE should be locked in prison or a mental institution and forgotten.
IT probably loves the attention in prison.

I'm waiting for her to be in some LGBT promotion spread which glorifies her struggles, her new identity, and her love life. There was some initial flurry of interest when she/it first surfaced, but I'm not aware of much lately.

I was offended when my local news guy called him a her.
I don’t get what’s going on here. Why doesn’t she take the Fifth and force the gov’t to put up (prosecute) or shut up.
It’s “HE,” or, “IT.” For writers to refer to this mentally-insane-cross-dressing-traitor-pos as a “she,” insults all (real) women.
The Army didn’t have to give him a top secret security clearance. They failed.
It should be treated as any traitor. 0bama should be jailed for aiding and abetting a criminal.
Who is picking up the tab for the medical bills to keep Bradley looking like Chelsea?

Manning wasn’t pardoned, his sentence was commuted.
