This will move forward for about six to eight months, with script issues, and eventually Pattinson will be replaced. I would have suggested Keanu Reeves but his schedule is probably full for the next five years.

Sparkly Batman.
Euw.
They should have cast Matthew Goode. He doesn’t sparkle.

They didn’t think Heath Ledger would make a good Joker either but he did. You never know.

They didnt think Heath Ledger would make a good Joker either but he did. Nah. He didn't. Heath got lots of accolades because he died, not because he performed well as the Joker.
Jared Leto played the best Joker to date.

They've never really found a good Batman - as much as I like Michael Keaton in other roles, he certainly wasn't Batman. Christian Bale was a mumbling farce - Heath Ledger made the best Batman movie, and he played the Joker. The less said about Affleck and Clooney, the better.
The best Batman might still be Adam West, and he was playing it for laughs - since it's a comic book character, that's probably the way to play it.

Actually, we have a Batman. But he’s a little busy at the moment leading the free world. :-)

Charlie Hunnam, who starred as Jax Teller on Sons of Anarchy, would be good but I see him being the next James Bond.

Keanu’s old enough to play the butler.

Affleck made the best Batman, as he is currently regarded by the artist and fans. His origins is the gothic dime store novels, where he is a Jekyll-Hyde composition.
What isn’t understood by many is that it is that Batman’s performance that determines a great Batman, but his villains. If they give him a good villain, he can be a good Batman.
