No agency 'starts' by taking out a duly elected President. Human nature says you ‘build up’ to that level of corruption. It's like bribery - no one takes a first bride at the $10,000 level... smaller bribes are used to soften up a person before they get to that point.
Same with the first time a man is unfaithful to his wife... there's more concern about kissing the ‘other’ woman the first time than there is about being unfaithful the tenth time.
Human nature.
So the real question is, WHAT ELSE HAS OUR ‘INTELLIGENCE’ SERVICES DONE TO DESTROY OUR DEMOCRACY - and who's paying for it, who's benefiting, when did it start, and how far has it gone.
I'm guessing Lois Lerner was NOT an exception - that the IRS was corrupted earlier - targeting conservatives for years. And the press was compromised with ‘insider’ information, the State Department was given 'spoils; to reward bad trade deals and worse 'wars'... AND that Intelligence has used kiddie porn to keep people in their place - just like they used homosexuality years ago.
We can look at the products of past government irrational decisions and know those choices were 'rational' to the people benefiting... that shows us where the corruption started and where it has taken hold.
