Correct. I have had torsion bars tear out, rear end collapses, catastrophic transmission failures, non-catastrophic transmission failures, rusted out gas tanks, busted drive shafts, and good ol' fashioned body collisions take out my cars before the engine quit. Of course, I pick 225 slant-6, GM 3800, 350 ci LT-1, for my engines of choice.
