A San Antonio man was arrested Monday after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman he met online, according to police.
A 20-year-old woman reported the incident to police on April 29, eight days after the alleged assault took place.
The two met on a dating website called "Meet Me," according to Perez's arrest affidavit. Perez went by "Blake" on the website and used photos of another person on his profile.
They agreed to meet on April 21, and Perez picked her up and took her to a parking lot near Blanco Road and Bitters, the woman told police.
Perez allegedly forced himself onto the woman and raped her despite her telling him "no" and "stop," according to the affidavit.
After the alleged assault, Perez then drove to a Whataburger with the woman to get milkshakes, police records state. The woman went to the restroom and came out to discover Perez drove away with her purse.
The woman met Perez again on April 29 to get her belongings back, she told police.
There, Perez returned the purse and allegedly told the woman he'd pay her for sex, according to the affidavit.
The woman said she declined and then went to the police station to report the sexual assault.
Perez's bail was set at $45,000, jail records showed.
Why not? Lets go.
They have them new Dr. Pepper milkshakes.
And EIGHT DAYS LATER - she files a police report?
And they CHARGED the poor guy?

This story stinks to high heaven. So I am to believe she went back to meet her rapist, presumably alone since he offered to pay for sex, a week later?

I was thinking this is the same Whataburger where that teen wearing a MAGA hat last year was assaulted.
But no. That was at Nacogdoches and Thousand Oaks.
He was going to take her to the San Antonio airport for Chick fil a, but the city’s homosexuals closed the back door on that idea.
Maybe that was enough. Who needs food anyway when out on a booty call after meeting up online?
Reminds me of the old joke about the woman who realized she was raped after the check bounced.
Seriously, she needs a mental health test as well as one for STDs. And some gym work to strengthen her thigh adductors.
Who leaves their freakin' purse with the person who allegedly raped you? No cell phone in it to call police? Then she meets him again to allegedly get her purse back? I might have been born at night, but it wasn't last night.
